Mrs. Elysse I want to tell you that please don't learn Turkish language. I am saying this sentence as a Turkish boy. There is no opportunity or good things in the Turkey or other Turkish Republics. We are escaping from this sh*t geography. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Islam destroyed everything. There is a lot of ra pe cases because of arabs and black guys. We are reading always but there is no law. For example, I came to Portugal. I won't return to Turkey. If I forgot this language I don't care.

Eu gosto de reggae brasileiro. Meu favorita banda é Natiruts. Ultimamente não consigo parar de ouvir o canção: "Tudo Vai Dar Certu" do Natiruts. I started learning Portuguese earlier this year and also come from a native spanish background and have found it easy to learn. Whereas the other language I'm learning, Japanese, has been one of the most challenging languages to learn and has required rewiring my thought patterns.

there are several causative suffixes in turkish. so suffixes which describe to make somebody or something to do something. öl- is to die and öldür- is to make somebody to die/to kill. the causatives are as in this example -DIr, -t and -Ar. çık- to go/come out of something/somewhere çıkar- make somebody to come out/take out. you can also use several to describe somebody made a second person to make a third person to do something. sometimes multiple causatives are redundant. çıkarttın mı? did you take it out? here we have the stemm çık- then causative -ar and than a redundant causative -t. additional causatives are not generally redundant but some verbs are known to have redundant causatives like çıkart- sometimes even with a second redundant causative çıkarttır- you know there are some mistakes which natives tend to do. multiple causative without a need is one of them and for verbs with one syllable stemms double passive is also common like de- to say denil- to be said but den- would be already the passive form or ye- to eat and yenil- to be eaten but it should be yen- especially in this case because there is also the verb yen- to win/to defeat and the passive of that one is yenil-

Sorry but I have to tell you something. Actually it is not your fault that you didn’t think about checking information prior to your visit to Turkiye. And it is also not your fault that you didn't know an american passport holder can ever required visa to visit a country. Because I think from childhood you guys are taught that USA is the greatest country on earth, you are the strongest country in the world, you have the strongest military force in the world, your country rule all over the world etc. etc. And then you also have visa free access to many countries because you are an american. All of these make you think that world is centered around you. Whole world should obey your country or being invaded by. This is how you all think. Most of the people in USA are arrogant and ignorant. World peace turned into pieces because of you. And why do your country go all around the world and act like a cowboy? Who act like terrorist? Why you wants to control the middle east? USA is the biggest threat for the world. Because when a country have possession of high tech WMD but all of its politicians are corrupt warmongers and people are ignorant then that country is certainly the biggest danger.

If these guys will take on a student remote then I’m in. Not sure if you still have contact with them but if you do and you can find that out then you’re helping open a huge door between our non English kids and another adult.

Great video 👏 French is the first foreign language that i've learned ( still a noob lol). I've been learning for around 4 years and have tried almost every app under the sun. I've visited France many times and can get by only using french. P.s my level is far from perfect. I like to keep the resources to a minimum as I find it paralysing with too much choice... I do use flashcards but not religeously ( just now and then). In terms of comprehensible input: I pretty much tried this method for years, hoping I could escape the awkward baby speak stage and jump straight to fluency. Unfortunately that didnt happen lol. My listening comprehension is really good & ive built a massive passive vocabulary using this method. My energy is now heavily spent on speaking lessons ( awesome btw).Although i do feel my speaking is now progressing quicker because of the obscene amounts content that i have consumed. Refreshing video. Loved the high, med, low energy tasks. Keep em coming 😊👏👏
